CHOR Youth & Family Services, formerly known as The Children’s Home of Reading (CHOR), is a social service nonprofit organization that offers a variety of specialized mental health, trauma-focused residential, educational, and community-based programs to over 3,000 at-risk children and their families annually. The services provided are trauma-focused and treatment-oriented to address serious mental health, behavioral challenges, and educational needs of the children. CHOR has been building kids' lives since 1884 with a focus on providing support and care to those in need.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Philadelphia, PA for a Shift Supervisor at CHOR Youth & Family Services. The Shift Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring quality care for children, and maintaining a safe environment. The Shift Supervisor will also be involved in implementing programs, supporting families, and collaborating with other professionals to provide comprehensive support to at-risk children.
