Ardagh Group in Pevely, MO is hiring a Shift Supervisor to lead forming, packing, carton, maintenance and warehousing operations, ensuring safety and quality across shifts. You will direct teams, manage schedules, and uphold company standards in a fast-paced glass manufacturing environment.
The role requires 3–5 years of leadership in manufacturing, strong planning and communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; Kronos experience is a plus. On-site position with competitive benefits.

The Shift Supervisor organizes and directs during scheduled shifts of the forming, packing, carton, maintenance, and warehousing areas engaged in the manufacturing of quality glass containers within company and customer specifications
Responsibilities:
Administer effective safety program ensuring full awareness and compliance of employees
Provide necessary training updates while striving for safety excellence andcomplying withOSHA standards
Maintain administrative records ina timelyfashion tocomply withjob requirements and ensureaccuraterecord keeping such as preparing work assignments for employees\' schedules, attendance, grievance documentation, and production recording
Establish andmaintaineffective work relationships within the department with other departments and with the corporation
Comply withenvironmental and food safety standards asset forth inplant policies and programs within the departmental responsibilities
Minimumskills / qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Three to five years ofpreviousleadership experience in a manufacturing environment
Must be able to handle multiple tasks in a team-based environment
Must have excellent leadership skills, interpersonal communication, and problem-solving skills
Mustpossessstrong planning and organizational skills
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Must be open to working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to heat fumes and moving machinery
Must be able to stand and walk for 90% of the shift while wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Preferredskills / qualifications:
Associate degreein a technical or business-related field
Experience with Kronos
