Job summary

Ardagh Group in Winchester, IN is seeking a Selector to inspect and pack glass containers on production lines. The role involves reselection and replacement of ware, visual defect inspection, and packing into shipping containers while maintaining safety and efficiency on the line.

• Report defects and machine malfunctions to Auditors and Supervisor.
• Maintain safety through good housekeeping and good work methods.

• Inspect cartons and interiors for damage and pack acceptable ware into specified shipping containers
• Discard defective ware into cullet conveyor or proper receptacle for removal

Minimum Skills / Qualifications

Compensation

The starting pay rate for this role is $xx.xx per hour. Any future increases are dictated by the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
