Employment Opportunity

We are seeking a Site/Shift Supervisor to serve as a customer service champion and support a rapidly growing technology startup. The ideal candidate is approachable, caring, and able to enforce safety and security standards, fostering a fun, welcoming, and secure environment for employees and guests. Candidates should be personable, outgoing, culturally attuned, adaptable, and respectful. The role includes comprehensive training in customer service and security measures, including threat detection, de-escalation, and response.

Primary Responsibilities

• Greet and process personnel and visitors, issue badges, and assist as needed
• Answer and direct incoming calls, log voicemails
• Monitor suspicious persons, calls, or events in coordination with stakeholders
• Perform additional duties such as parking validation, package tracking, security access, and video monitoring
• Assist in emergency safety and security responses

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old
• Eligible to work in the US
• High school diploma or GED
• Guard card or BSIS certification and First Aid CPR/AED certification (training available if needed)

• Calm and focused in stressful situations
