An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor to ensure the safety and security of residents and staff. Reporting Relationships: Shift Supervisor report to the Operation Manager and/or Program Director.
Position Summary: Shift Supervisor provide 24-hour security coverage to the facility to prevent theft and ensure the safety of both the facility staff, and residents.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Under the general supervision of the Program Director, Shift Supervisors are expected to perform the following principal duties and responsibilities.
Minimal Qualifications:
Degree Requirement: Associate Degree in a related field with at least two (2) – three (3) years’ experience in a related setting or,
Supervisory Experience managing a team of 4-8 members.
Residential Aide work experience for a period of at least 2 years with a documented history of progressive responsibilities.

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of New York State and City pay transparency laws. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individuals’ competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience and performance in the role.
Compensation
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $51,487.
