McIntosh Box and Pallet is hiring for a 1st Shift Shift Supervisor in Martinsburg, WV!

We are looking for an technically skilled and experienced individual and some previous leadership experience to join our team in Martinsburg, WV as a Shift Supervisor.

Pay: $50k per year depending on experience

Shift: 5am to 1:30pm

A 1st Shift Supervisor will be responsible for managing the 1st shift team, ensuring production schedules align delivery dates and ensuring production goals are met. The goal will be to ensure products are produced timely and efficiently and maintain productive work throughout the shift. This individual will be responsible, hardworking, and be a team player!

Shift Supervisor's job Responsibilities:

• Supervise staff to ensure that tasks are completed on time and according to safety laws
• Order materials needed for production
• Evaluate staff performance and provide training where necessary
• Oversee production and quality control
• Manage daily schedules, employee shifts
• Assign duties to employees and oversee their progress
• Ensure that daily sales/production goals are met
• Train and integrate new workers
• Provide guidance and feedback to employees when needed
• Ensure industry rules and regulations are followed
• Handle customer and employee complaints
• Resolve conflicts between employees
• Maintain inventory accuracy and compliance
• Responsible for continuously monitoring the production activities
• Oversee the work of the employees on the floor
