Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a working supervisor to lead a production team on the shop floor, ensuring safety, quality and output targets. The role combines hands-on supervision with coaching, training, and coordinating daily production activities, including monitoring heat treat furnaces and equipment, performing routine checks, and guiding continuous improvement efforts.

The position requires a hands-on leader who can train on the day shift for about 60 days before transitioning to off-shift

Qualifications

• Heat treating experience preferred (furnaces, thermal processing, etc.)
• Prior supervisory or lead experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to perform light maintenance and troubleshooting
• Experience working in a hands-on / working supervisor capacity
• Ability to read and understand basic technical or process documentation
• Comfortable training on day shift for ~60 days before moving to off-shift
