Job summary

Aegis Worldwide is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead a team on the shop floor. The role emphasizes heat-treat operations, safety adherence, and continuous daily coordination to meet quality and output targets.

The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience in manufacturing, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to read technical documentation. This position is on-site and requires readiness to train on day shift for about two months before transitioning to off-shift.

Qualifications

• Heat treating experience preferred (furnaces, thermal processing).
• Prior supervisory or lead experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to perform light maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Experience working in a hands-on / working supervisor capacity.
• Ability to read and understand basic technical or process documentation.
• Comfortable training on day shift for ~60 days before moving to off-shift.
