Job summary

SSP Group plc is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee restaurant operations inside the Indianapolis Airport. You will greet guests, manage shifts to SSP standards, and train new hires while ensuring opening and closing checklists are completed.

You will coach the team to meet business goals and handle other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate has 1+ year in food & beverage, TSA background check eligibility, and a high school diploma or equivalent; restaurant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• TSA background check (10-year) required.
• At least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in food & beverage.
• Full Service and/or Quick Service restaurant experience preferred.
• Proven ability to resolve difficult situations with clients, customers, peers and direct reports.

• Proven track record of resolving uncomfortable situations with clients, customers, peers and direct reports.
