Job summary

Mister Car Wash is launching the Operations Lead in Training (OLIT) program in Grand Rapids, MI. This 16-week leadership track is designed to build hands-on operational skills while developing core leadership abilities under an experienced General Manager.

You will grow in a fast-paced, people-first culture, focusing on delivering exceptional guest experiences and promoting our Unlimited Wash Club memberships as you advance toward leadership roles.

Your training will help you build the confidence, judgment, and business acumen needed to step into the Operations Lead role—with a clear path towards Assistant General Manager .
