Job summary

Mister Car Wash in Texas is launching an Operations Lead in Training (OLIT) program designed to fast-track emerging leaders. You’ll work with an experienced General Manager, gain hands-on operational skills, and build confidence to progress into leadership roles in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

During 16 weeks of immersive training, you’ll develop people leadership, sales skills, and a strong customer experience mindset, with opportunities to advance to Assistant General Manager.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year leading a team in a customer-facing environment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused role.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in daily operations.
• Lead team on shift to balance speed, quality and teamwork.
• Promote Mister Car Wash memberships and upsell services.
• Provide mentorship and training to new team members.

The Operations Lead in Training (OLIT) role is the launchpad for a rewarding leadership career—where your potential meets our momentum. In this role, you’ll work closely with an experienced General Manager to:

• Deliver an unforgettable customer experience with Mister’s signature wave, smile, and commitment to excellence.
• Lead daily operations with purpose, helping your team balance speed, quality, and teamwork to create “wow” moments for every guest.
• Grow your sales and leadership skills by promoting our products and Unlimited Wash Club® memberships.
• Take on new challenges with curiosity, using every shift as a chance to learn, grow, and build confidence in your leadership.
• Work as one team, building trust, supporting each other, and celebrating success together.

Your training will help you build the confidence, judgment, and business acumen needed to step into the Operations Lead role—with a clear path towards Assistant General Manager.
