Job summary

Mister Car Wash is launching the Operations Lead In Training (OLIT) program in Minnesota. This 16-week training path develops hands-on operational skills and foundational leadership abilities, preparing you to advance toward an Assistant General Manager role.

You’ll work closely with an experienced General Manager, deliver unforgettable customer experiences, coach teams, and grow sales and Unlimited Wash Club memberships while advancing through a structured leadership track.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year leading a team or supervising shifts in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

The Operations Lead in Training (OLIT) role is the launchpad for a rewarding leadership career—where your potential meets our momentum. In this role, you’ll work closely with an experienced General Manager to:

• Deliver an unforgettable customer experience with Mister’s signature wave, smile, and commitment to excellence.
• Lead daily operations with purpose, helping your team balance speed, quality, and teamwork to create “wow” moments for every guest.
• Grow your sales and leadership skills by promoting our products and Unlimited Wash Club® memberships.
• Take on new challenges with curiosity, using every shift as a chance to learn, grow, and build confidence in your leadership.
• Work as one team, building trust, supporting each other, and celebrating success together.

Your training will help you build the confidence, judgment, and business acumen needed to step into the Operations Lead role—with a clear path towards Assistant General Manager.
