Job summary

Mister Car Wash is seeking an Operations Lead In Training (OLIT) in Washington, where you will begin a fast-paced leadership career through a focused 16-week program. You’ll work closely with a General Manager to master operational skills, drive exceptional guest experiences, and prepare for advancement within a growing, people-first organization.

Responsibilities include leading a front-line team, balancing speed and quality, promoting memberships, and embracing continuous learning.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year leading a team, supervising shifts, or managing people in a customer-facing environment.
• Employment contingent upon successful pre-hire background check and, if applicable, Motor Vehicle Records.

The Operations Lead in Training (OLIT) role is the launchpad for a rewarding leadership career—where your potential meets our momentum. In this role, you’ll work closely with an experienced General Manager to:

Your training will help you build the confidence, judgment, and business acumen needed to step into the Operations Lead role—with a clear path towards Assistant General Manager.
