Pay: $50,000 annually

Day in the Life

The Shift Supervisor is a member of the Site Management Team and is primarily responsible for the daily management and supervisory control of Group Living operations under the supervision of the Director of Group Living and/or Program Director. The role ensures ROP programs are implemented in accordance with ROP policies, procedures and Federal, State and Local licensing requirements.

• Full and direct supervision of a minimum of two full-time employees.
• Daily management and supervisory control of Group Living operations.
• Ensuring compliance with ROP policies, procedures, and licensing regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Public/Business Administration, Behavioral Science, Counseling, Secondary Education, Health, Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Criminal Justice, Social/Human Services or any equivalent combination of years’ experience, education and/or training that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
• Three (3) years of experience in a juvenile treatment (Residential, Behavioral, Dental, Corrections, etc.) related setting, or equivalent experience may be substituted with approval.
• One (1) year supervisory experience.
• Military experience and training acceptable.
• Must meet all state-specific licensing requirements in addition to ROP requirements regarding education and experience.
