What You’ll Do

As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll be a key member of the restaurant management team and help ensure smooth, efficient operations throughout each shift.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead and support Team Members during daily restaurant operations
• Help maintain efficient restaurant operations and high service standards
• Train, coach, and develop Team Members
• Lead by example and create a positive, team-oriented work environment
• Deliver exceptional hospitality and build strong relationships with guests
• Address guest concerns and resolve issues professionally
• Ensure Freddy’s standards for Hospitality, Quality, and Cleanliness are consistently met
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and well-maintained restaurant
• Assist with the proper operation and maintenance of restaurant equipment
• Communicate effectively with guests, Team Members, and management
• Support restaurant leadership with achieving operational goals

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of restaurant supervisory or management experience
• Previous experience in a high-volume, fast-casual, or quick-service restaurant is preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to accept coaching and feedback
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• A genuine passion for hospitality and providing excellent guest service
• Ability to lead by example and motivate others

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, including shifts of up to 10 hours
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to bend, reach, climb ladders, and perform other physical tasks required in a restaurant environment
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and Team Members to maintain a safe working environment
