Job Overview

Responsible for providing supervisory leadership in the absence of store management. Authority is typically assigned on an individual shift basis.

Job Duties

1. Fulfill all duties listed for a Customer Experience Advocate.
2. Carry out opening and closing procedures in the absence of store management.
3. Supervise store crew by assigning, directing, and following up on activities during shifts.
4. Represent management in resolving customer service issues.
5. Complete all mandatory and regulatory training programs.
6. Perform other duties as assigned.

Education

• Minimum High School Diploma (or currently enrolled) or GED.
• Preferred: Associate Degree or higher.

Experience

• Preferred: 2 or more years of previous experience in a related position.

Special Conditions of Employment

• Drug test.
• Initial and ongoing exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring.
• Additional eligibility requirements based on the specific position.

Compensation

$16.00 - $17.36 per hour. The final offer will be based on skills, experience, and education.
