Job summary

Rite of Passage is hiring a Shift Supervisor for The Oaks Academy in Brownwood, Texas. The role entails leading daily Group Living operations and ensuring trauma-informed, strength-based services are delivered under supervision of the Site Management Team.

The ideal candidate will be bilingual (English/Spanish), at least 21, with a high school diploma and the ability to pass background, drug, physical, TB, and child abuse registry checks. Schedule: Sunday-Wednesday, 7am-7pm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Able to pass a criminal background check, drug test, physical, and TB test.
• Able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Group Living operations as a member of the Site Management Team.
• Ensure programs are implemented per Rite of Passage policies and licensing requirements (Federal, State, Local).
• Direct supervision of at least two full-time employees.

Pay: TBD depending on relevant education and experience.

What you will do:

The Shift Supervisor is a member of the Site Management Team. Primarily responsible for the daily management and supervisory control of Group Living operations under the supervision of the Director of Group Living and/or Program Director. Ensures ROP programs are being implemented in accordance with ROP policies and procedures and Federal, State and Local licensing requirements. This position must have full and direct supervision of a minimum of two full-time employees.
