Job summary

Village Point is seeking experienced Shift Supervisors to join our team. The Shift Supervisor directs the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversees that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.

Located in Monroe, NJ, this role supports a Springpoint Senior Living Community. The position emphasizes training, schedule creation, performance evaluation, and mentorship, with a comprehensive benefits package and hourly rate.
