Qualifications

• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in an injection molding plant environment.
• Strong numerical accuracy and familiarity with procedures and forms.
• Critical thinking skills and the ability to identify strengths and weaknesses in alternative solutions.
• Thorough understanding of injection molding, from raw material to finished goods.
• Ability to communicate mechanical principles effectively to employees and customers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and experience with IQMS is a plus.
• Exceptional supervisory skills with experience in active listening, monitoring, motivating, and coaching employees.
• History of providing effective performance feedback and addressing employee needs and disciplinary actions.
• Willingness and ability to work seven days per week if needed to meet customer demands.
