  • 5pm - 3am Wednesday - Saturday

Summary

The Shift Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations within an assigned function and is responsible for all aspects of Operations and Account Management. Mainly responsible for the leadership of direct reports as well as the attainment of daily operational goals within his/her assigned functional area.

Qualifications

  • Two or more years relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or related field required
  • One or more years direct supervisory/leadership experience required
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access), advanced level required
  • Logistics industry knowledge, advanced level
  • Knowledge and understanding of Customer/Company local and Federal regulations, advanced level
  • Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain Management components, intermediate level
  • Strong knowledge of Manufacturing and Production, advanced level

Compensation Information:

The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by various factors including relevant experience, education, work location, market data/ranges, internal equity, and internal salary ranges. The position may also be eligible for bonuses, commissions, and/or long-term incentives based on performance. Salary ranges are:

  • Minimum Pay Range: $70,000
  • Maximum Pay Range: $75,000
