Job summary

Nosco is looking for a Sheeter Operator on third shift at our Pleasant Prairie, WI facility. As an employee owner, you will coordinate and sheet substrate materials for the value stream, following shift leads to support the entire production process and ensure substrates are staged for production.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, knowledge of printing and related tools, and the ability to distinguish paper substrates.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of printing and tools necessary to process jobs within specifications.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to see and differentiate paper with substrates.
• Commit to good attendance and team behavior while following Nosco policies.
• Physical requirements: lift up to 50 pounds and other movements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and sheet substrate materials for the value stream.
• Follow the direction of shift production leads to provide support throughout the value stream.
• Keep paper substrates staged and ready for production.
• Maintain effective communication with the shift production lead and adapt to changing requirements.
