Job summary

Sheboygan Paper Box Company is seeking a dependable Sheeter Operator for the 3rd shift (10:00pm-6:00am). You will operate and monitor sheeting equipment, set up materials, and perform quality checks to ensure production meets specifications.

This role requires a mechanical aptitude, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and reliable attendance. Forklift operation training is provided, and you will join a team-focused production area with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to assist with machine maintenance/upkeep
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor sheeting machinery during production runs
• Set up materials and ensure jobs are running according to specifications
• Perform quality checks throughout production
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and assist with machine maintenance/upkeep
• Maintain accurate production paperwork and job information
• Work closely with material handlers, supervisors, and other departments
• Help maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Safely operate forklift/clamp truck equipment (training provided)

Sheboygan Paper Box Company i s looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Sheeter Operator to join our production team on
3rd
shift. This role is responsible for operating and monitoring sheeting equipment used in our manufacturing process while maintaining high quality and production standards.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and takes pride in producing quality work.

What You’ll Do

• Operate and monitor sheeting machinery during production runs
