Job summary

Nosco is seeking a FlexPack Slitter Operator for our Pleasant Prairie, WI facility on second shift. You will set up, operate, and maintain equipment to produce high-quality flexible packaging while upholding safety, quality, and efficiency standards.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in packaging manufacturing, comfort with ERP systems, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced, regulated environment. Overtime may be required. Light math and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds are expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in flexible packaging or operating production machinery.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing with ERP usage.
• Positive attitude and coachable.
• Flexibility to work overtime.
• Light math and ruler skills.
• Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Crosstrain across packaging assets (slitting, pouching, lamination).
• Troubleshoot machine problems related to setup and operation.
• Identify and document quality issues promptly.
• Perform routine clean-up and maintenance tasks.
• Maintain high productivity; meet setup times and run speeds.
