Indiana Automotive Fasteners in Greenfield, IN is seeking a Department Leader to drive Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost through TPS/TPM principles. You will mentor Team Members, coordinate cross-training, and sustain 100% on-time performance while improving work instructions and procedures.

Responsibilities include shift leadership, Kaizen participation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain high standards of quality and safety on the manufacturing floor.

Formación

• Must have basic troubleshooting skills.
• Read and interpret Kanban to match parts.
• Read technical drawings and engineering specifications.
• Proficient in Excel and Windows environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead department with Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC).
• Coordinate training for new Team Members and develop cross-training plans.
• Plan department work assignments and daily tasks.
• Ensure 100% on-time delivery by prioritizing and sequencing work.
• Lead 4S+ and enforce standards; manage safety communications and Kaizen initiatives.
• Participate in hiring and act as interim leader when needed.
