LyondellBasell is seeking a qualified Production Supervisor for our Perrysburg, Ohio plant. You will lead a team of production operators, ensure safe and efficient production, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership experience in manufacturing facility.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work well with a team and independently.
• Ability to work off shift or on short notice as needed.
• Ability to apply basic mathematics skills.
• Ability to work proactively and support other personnel and departments.
• Possess a professional attitude and strong interpersonal skills in leading and mentoring team members.
• Maintain good attendance habits missing minimal work.

Responsibilities

• Implements, complies with and encourages team members to adhere to all safety requirements.
• Supervises operational processes and activities to ensure product quality and order documentation.
• Directs personnel actions including performance management and disciplinary actions.
• Aligns daily assignments with weekly production schedules to meet targets.
• Assists operators in problem solving and exercises judgment.
• Directs routine equipment maintenance and setup.
• Leads training, coaching and continuous improvement activities.
• Supports Lean Manufacturing and 5S culture and team engagement.
