Job summary

Atalco Gramercy Operations is seeking a Production Shift Supervisor in Gramercy, LA. You will oversee day-to-day operations of the assigned unit, ensure safety and productivity, and coordinate with maintenance and training teams to meet quality standards.

The role requires a high school diploma/GED with 3–5 years of supervisor experience in manufacturing, TWIC, and SAP familiarity. Expect on-site work with potential travel and a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED and manufacturing experience required.
• Three to five years manufacturing supervisor experience preferred.
• College and/or trade school preferred.
• TWIC required; knowledge of SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily productivity and quality targets are met safely and cost-effectively.
• Supervise hourly operators and coordinate with maintenance for permits and lockouts.
• Train new operators and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
• Maintain area housekeeping and accurate SAP work requests and material reservations.
• Communicate goals to the team and keep visual performance boards updated.
• Review incidents, implement corrective actions, and enforce safety policies.
