Atalco Gramercy Operations is seeking a Shift Production Coordinator to oversee the safe, efficient daily operation of the Gramercy plant. Reporting to the Technical Director, you will coordinate technical processes, drive schedules, and ensure adherence to standards and MOC requirements.

You will lead coordination across units, mentor staff, and partner with Safety and Environmental teams on incident investigations and corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of refinery experience required.
• Well-developed mechanical ability to inspect and troubleshoot plant equipment.
• Demonstrated skills in task completion, leading an operating crew and unit troubleshooting.
• Good oral and written communication with staff, contractors and the Operations Manager as well as Maintenance, EHS & the Lab.

Responsabilités

• Lead a coordinator meeting and report out to the organization, focusing on safety, environmental, quality, cost control and production goals.
• Oversee, prioritize and coordinate plant activities to ensure safe, efficient daily operation and escalate as needed.
• Ensure all KPIs and responses to alerts or deviations are followed and drive efficiency targets.
• Lead unit startup, shutdown, and emergency operation activities safely.
• Coach, mentor and develop workforce on an ongoing basis.
