Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience in production/manufacturing.
• Minimum five years in production/manufacturing; at least two in leadership.
• Experience in FDA-regulated environment strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily/weekly production schedule based on area production managers.
• Oversee assignment on shift and coordinate production activities on the floor.
• Coordinate staffing and ensure personnel training is up to date.
• Develop and execute training and follow-up programs for staff development.
• Investigate deviations, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety programs, standards and cGMPs.
