Kevin’s Natural Foods is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations on the assigned shift. You will supervise production staff, ensure continuous flow, maintain quality standards, and meet labor and inventory targets in a safe environment.

The role requires overseeing training, coaching, and performance management for a productive team. You will ensure proper crew scheduling, participate in cross-functional teams, and uphold HACCP, safety, and sanitation standards while

Qualifikationen

• Experience in food manufacturing operations.
• Supervisory experience and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement practices (safety, quality).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) desirable.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Aufgaben

• Supervises production on assigned shift, coordinating with staff to maintain efficiency.
• Coaches and evaluates production associates; handles disciplinary actions when needed.
• Maintains knowledge of plant processes and equipment; supports QA testing.
• Ensures GMP and USDA compliance; enforces safety policies and housekeeping.
• Reviews production schedules and orders to meet inventory and staffing needs.
• Monitors lines for proper settings and quality; addresses deviations promptly.
• Collaborates with managers to coordinate cross-department activities.
• Collects and analyzes production data to improve outcomes.
