Johnson Controls—Silent-Aire, a leading OEM for data center equipment—seeks manufacturing technicians with a minimum of 3 years’ experience. The role supports assembly, line preparation, blueprint reading, and tool usage in a safety-focused environment.

The position follows a Monday–Friday schedule, 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM, with hours subject to change based on demand. Candidates must meet safety and quality standards and be capable of lifting heavy objects as needed.

Qualificações

• Must adhere to safety policies at all times.
• Must communicate effectively and manage time to complete tasks.
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints and other technical diagrams.
• Strong attention to identifying defects and maintaining quality.
• Must be able to determine the correct tools and equipment for tasks.
• Able to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor as required.

Responsabilidades

• Support local delivery and execution of manufacturing technician duties to vendors and managers per Johnson Controls policies.
• Perform assembly line preparation and general shop duties.
• Read blueprints and follow layouts to assemble components with power tools.
• Ensure safety standards and company policies are followed.
