Job summary

The role covers daily floor leadership, safety audits, training, and coordinating maintenance while promoting a positive, team-oriented environment. Flexibility for long hours and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred but not required.
• Experience leading and training staff or managing a process or project.
• Strong oral and written communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to motivate, train, and coach teams for peak performance.
• Adaptability to fast-paced environments with varying conditions.
• Must have experience with yields, labor and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily floor inspections, identify unsafe conditions and take corrective actions.
• Enforce safety and food quality plans and train staff on SOPs (LOTO, HACCP/USDA rules).
• Track yields, efficiencies, variances and help optimize workflows to cut costs.
• Lead hourly staff, conduct monthly line meetings and daily floor walks.
• Analyze performance metrics and suggest changes to improve production.
