SALARY: $82,400 - $97,850, bonus eligible

SHIFT: Rotating shifts, including nights & weekends with a shift consisting of 5:30 am to 6:30 pm

ROLE SUMMARY:

If you are interested in a hands-on, continuous improvement-oriented, fast-paced role in a world-class manufacturing environment, then our Shift Production Supervisor role is for you. This position involves troubleshooting and problem solving on the production floor to meet goals, and offers development as a leader, change agent, and engineer.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise operators on rotating shifts in a front-line management role.
• Lead and coach teams using lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to solve problems and monitor key processes and equipment.
• Promote and ensure safe working practices.
• Manage highly automated, complex processes in a fast-paced environment.
• Identify operational improvement areas to meet or exceed KPIs and targets.
• Collaborate with senior leaders on process improvement and change initiatives.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain production plans, inventories, and schedules to ensure high process performance and product quality.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in engineering, supply chain management, science, or related fields.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including days, afternoons, and midnights.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Comfort with change and influencing others.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and team orientation.
• Technical problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
