Job summary

Broadridge is seeking a Production Coordinator at our El Dorado Hills location. The role oversees shift tasks in production operations, coordinating with operators and supervision to meet SLA's, ensure quality, and maintain a safe work environment.

The position requires a minimum of an Associate degree or high school diploma with 4+ years of related experience, strong communication, and teamwork. On-site work with overtime as needed; benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or high school graduate.
• 4+ years related industry/equipment experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills; multitask effectively.
• Detail-oriented; review printed documents to ensure quality.
• Self-starter with strong initiative.
• Strong interpersonal skills; able to work in a team.
• Flexible to work overtime, including weekends.
• Demonstrate basic machine skills and basic PC skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds and stand long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the setup, operation, and maintenance of inserting systems and other peripheral equipment.
• Ensure production requirements and processes are being followed.
• Assist, when required, in running production jobs following documented processes.
• Ensure quality meets standards and report issues to shift Supervisor or Manager.
• Perform preventative maintenance and authorized repairs when required.
• Assist in training Insert Operators.
• Assist Production Supervisor in development of product by machine allocation.
• Assist Insert Operators in troubleshooting machine problems.
• Monitor operator performance and address as appropriate.
• In the absence of Production Management, help meet production goals.
• Contribute to a safe and clean work environment.
• Follow Broadridge policies to ensure data security and professional conduct.
