Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong supervisory experience in manufacturing and front-line staff management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production on a shift to meet schedules, productivity and quality objectives.
• Report daily production, material and manpower usage; identify and solve process problems.
• Coach and develop front-line employees; manage performance, attendance and safety.
• Coordinate materials, manpower and equipment utilization; plan for downtime and maintenance.
• Promote teamwork across shifts and functions; enforce health, environmental and safety standards.
