Job summary

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving skills, and 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, with a preference for a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
• In lieu of an Associate's degree, 3 years supervisory experience in manufacturing is required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead associates on the production floor and drive safety, quality, and productivity.
• Staffing and training plans within the department.
• Provide regular feedback and foster a learning environment.
• Coordinate with Production Planning to meet schedules and track metrics.
• Ensure adherence to BD quality systems and safety regulations.
