Job summary

CSP Innovations OH Payroll Co., LLC is seeking a seasoned production supervisor to lead shift operations in our manufacturing environment. A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Management is preferred, or an HS Diploma with related experience, plus at least five years in production or supervision and strong leadership and communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Word and Excel is required. This full-time role may require overtime and focuses on meeting schedules, quality and cost

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in manufacturing leadership.
• At least five years of production and/or supervisory experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong proficiency with MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct short-term production to meet schedule, quality and cost goals.
• Analyze requirements and resolve problems related to manpower, equipment and processes.
• Provide planning input for longer-term planning based on performance and staffing.
• Monitor budgets and overhead spending to stay within approved limits.
• Delegate tasks and ensure timely completion; prepare documentation.
