Novo Nordisk A/S is hiring for a shift production leadership role in North Carolina. You will coordinate daily schedules, coach operators, and drive process improvements within aseptic production, finished production assembly, and packaging.

Responsibilities include enforcing standards, resolving system issues, and promoting safety and environmental compliance while developing operators on shift.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an accredited university required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent with minimum four years manufacturing experience (aseptic preferred).
• Minimum two years of manufacturing experience, preferably in pharma."
• Lean/Six Sigma experience with potential improvements is a plus.
• Clear written and oral communication skills; relation to training preferred.
• Adult learning methods knowledge; coaching others is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Access; SAP and novoLIMS preferred.
• Experience planning, organizing, and managing execution; revising work plans.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key member of the shift production leadership team with operations support and coaching.
• Coach and mentor team members on technique, behavior, and mindset; track events and actions.
• Execute process confirmation of operations standards and drive quality/compliance improvements.
• Resolve issues related to systems like e-time, PRISM, and SAP.
• Implement process improvements and ensure safety and environmental requirements.
