Job summary

Novo Nordisk in Clayton, NC is hiring for a manufacturing operator to fill insulin & media preparations under aseptic conditions and operate inspection equipment to meet production goals.

You'll join a global network of manufacturing professionals, perform aseptic processing, maintain cleanrooms, and support equipment maintenance. The role requires attention to detail, ability to read SOPs, and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of six months manufacturing experience required.
• Experience in an FDA regulated environment preferred.
• Aseptic processing experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write & understand complicated product documentation & SOPs with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor & control equipment, systems & processes associated with Vial/Cartridge filling.
• Maintain aseptic areas & perform sanitizations & environmental monitoring.
• Participate actively in & support event response.
• Review documents as required.
• Assist during equipment maintenance, including restoration of lost function, predictive & preventative maintenance.
• Record/review production data in BPR’s & associated forms.
• Follow all safety & environmental requirements in the performance of duties.
• Other accountabilities, as assigned.
