Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, fractions, decimals) and metric system knowledge is a plus.
• Computer experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities and supervise assignments.
• Prepare and process reports and paperwork promptly.
• Maintain MDT knowledge for job scheduling and shift reports.
• Cover breaks and lunches as needed.
• Ensure QC inspections and proper operator checklists.
• Assist with operator and packer training as needed.
• Maintain consistent attendance and reliability.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
