Job summary

ALPLA Group in Salt Lake City seeks a manufacturing coordinator for training, project support, and daily production tasks. You’ll assist with new hire training, document procedures, and help manage the production floor using MES/IT systems.

Strong communication and leadership are essential for successful daily planning and issue resolution. In this role, you will back up the Production Manager and QA, ensuring timely change-overs, accurate reports, and adherence to safety standards while

Responsibilities

• Supports Training: assists with new hire training and documents procedures.
• Project Work: collaborates with Production Manager on real-time production tasks.
• Daily Tasks: monitors packaging area, updates daily walk-through graphs, checks device status.
• Planning: helps prepare daily production plan with Planner, ensures timely change-overs.
• Back up For: supports Production Manager, QA, and Planning during absences.
• Troubleshooting: tracks issues and escalates critical problems as needed.
• Performance Measurements: supports achieving production goals and proper procedure use.
