Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the Production team in a fast-paced shift.
• Hire, train and direct entry-level production staff.
• Meet daily productivity and quality requirements; manage inventory control.
• Maintain plant safety and enforce OSHA standards and safety policies.
• Provide hands-on management and accountability for daily production flow and results.
