Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum five years in manufacturing with leadership experience.
• Strong people and communication skills.
• Ability to plan, organize and lead teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills.
• Willing to work a 12-hour shift, including weekends/holidays.
• QA competency and ability to pass tests for certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead the production team during supervisor absences and on special projects.
• Ensure safety, quality, and production goals are met on the shift.
• Coordinate with maintenance during changeovers and downtime.
• Coach and provide timely feedback to associates.
• Participate in unit initiatives and process improvements.
