You will lead pre-shift meetings, enforce safety, and mentor team members while supporting career growth through leadership programs and cross-training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment required.
• Must have strong leadership and people-management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop talent by onboarding and training new team members.
• Conduct daily pre-shift meetings to share safety, quality, and production targets.
• Enforce safety practices and ensure PPE availability.
• Collaborate to identify and implement process improvements.
• Address production issues promptly and escalate systemic challenges as needed.
• Maintain open communication across shifts with other leads.
• Update and track KPIs and relevant metrics for the area.
• Develop and audit Team Member Standard Work procedures.
• Participate in leadership development and cross-training programs.
