Job summary

Atlas Molded Products is seeking a 1st or 2nd Shift Tooling Set Up Technician for the Fond du Lac facility. Starting pay is $26-36/hour, based on experience. Flex scheduling offered and opportunity to work in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include reporting to the supervisor, assisting with tooling setup on presses, and training staff as needed. Must be fluent in English, perform basic math, operate a forklift, and maintain safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Able to perform basic math and use handheld measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Report to supervisor at start of shift for direction.
• Operate and maintain tooling setup per supervisor instructions.
• Install/replace seals, inserts, and accessories for presses as needed.
• Keep work area clean and organized; follow safety procedures.
• Assist with tool startup and ensure proper functionality of tools.
