Qualifications

• Experience leading in a manufacturing/industrial setting.
• Ability to onboard/train team members and mentor for success.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop talent through onboarding and training.
• Conduct daily pre-shift meetings on safety, quality, and targets.
• Enforce safety practices and PPE usage.
• Collaborate on process improvements and drive continuous improvement.
• Address production issues and escalate systemic challenges.
• Maintain open communication across shifts and monitor KPIs.
• Develop and audit standard work for consistency and efficiency.
• Participate in leadership development and cross-training initiatives.
