Stella & Chewy's in Wisconsin seeks a Production Supervisor to lead production staff, ensure safety and quality, and maintain production documentation. You will organize workflow, monitor shift progress, and align the team with department goals, including training and performance coaching.

The role runs 6am–6pm, Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays and every other Wednesday; responsibilities include scheduling, start-up time control, waste tracking, safety compliance, and continuous improvement projects.

Formación

• Associate's degree or equivalent required for technical background.
• Experience in supervising staff in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Completes daily production schedule, assigns personnel, and tracks progress against goals.
• Monitors start-up times, documents downtime, and escalates maintenance as needed.
• Tracks attendance, enforces safety and quality procedures, and coaches staff.
• Manages material usage and waste tracking to maintain cost goals.
• Participates in continuous improvement initiatives and shift handoffs.
