Job summary

Echo Lake Foods is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead all production activities on the assigned shift, ensuring safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance. You will oversee staffing, line performance, quality, and collaboration with QA, Maintenance, and Warehouse to support continuous improvement in a food manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include directing teams, conducting safety and production meetings, validating SOPs, and ensuring GMP adherence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in food manufacturing or production leadership.
• Strong working knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, CCP/CP monitoring, and food safety regulations.
• Bilingual in Spanish (Read, Write & Speak) Required.
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive results, and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee production teams, ensuring staffing, proper rotation, and workload distribution.
• Conduct daily shift meetings focused on safety, quality, production targets, downtime, and priorities.
• Ensure equipment is started up, operated, and shut down according to SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Proactively manage production flow to meet schedule requirements, minimize downtime, and achieve output goals.
• Monitor line performance using KPIs (efficiency, waste, yield, uptime) and drive actions to improve results.
• Coordinate with QA, Maintenance, Warehouse and Sanitation to support cross-functional teamwork.
