Job summary

Ethos is seeking a Production Supervisor for food manufacturing with day and evening shifts. You will oversee the entire production process, track yields, and adjust operations in real time to maintain safety and quality.

Responsibilities include safety audits, training staff, leading line meetings, and coaching a team of hourly employees to meet production goals while adhering to HACCP and USDA regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Business or a related field and 2+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections on the production floor to identify unsafe conditions and take immediate corrective action.
• Lead safety audits, champion ergonomic initiatives, and ensure adherence to HACCP and USDA regulations.
• Maintain product quality by enforcing the Food Safety and Food Quality plans, training employees on safe operating procedures, and ensuring tasks follow product specs.
• Track and analyze production yields, efficiencies, and variances, working with Operations Managers to improve workflows and equipment use to minimize downtime and reduce costs.
• Direct and provide guidance to hourly production employees, ensuring alignment on safety, quality, and production goals.
• Lead monthly line meetings and walk the production floor daily.
