Job summary

SendCutSend Inc. is seeking a Production Shift Supervisor to lead all production activities during the assigned shift, overseeing production, post-production, quality, and shipping to ensure efficiency and on-time delivery.

You will provide hands-on leadership on the floor, remove bottlenecks in real time, and maintain a safe, productive environment while coordinating with shift leads and teams for smooth transitions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and hold teams accountable.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all production operations during your shift, including production, post-production, quality control, and shipping.
• Prioritize daily workload and allocate labor to ensure orders are completed on time.
• Identify and resolve production bottlenecks by redistributing resources as needed.
• Ensure all departments produce and ship parts that meet quality standards.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient production floor.
• Lead shift huddles to ensure clear communication and alignment on priorities.
• Support training, coaching, and development of team members and shift leads.
• Address personnel concerns and administer corrective action with leadership.
