Job summary

TimberHP, Inc. is seeking hands-on team members to join our production floor in Maine, helping bring a new category of sustainable building material to North America. You will move materials, monitor lines, and learn high-tech systems, across rotating shifts.

Starting wage is $24.67 per hour, with cross-training opportunities that increase pay as you master new roles. No manufacturing experience? We provide comprehensive training to set you up for success, and you will join a people-first

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces.
• Pass drug test and respirator physical.

Responsibilities

• Move materials and operate equipment safely.
• Monitor production lines and ensure product quality.
• Troubleshoot issues with electricians and mechanics.
• Learn and run high-tech systems, including robotics and PLCs.
• Cross-train across multiple roles to grow skills and pay.
